I was able to look up the screen part I needed really fast and it actually showed me the right one without me having to guess or go back and forth, which was a relief because I just wanted to get it ordered and move on.

I had a really easy time using the site!! I just entered my laptop model and found the screen I needed quickly, without having to click through a bunch of random pages. The details were clear enough that I could compare everything and feel good that I was ordering the right match.

My laptop arrived with a crack in the corner of the screen, which was frustrating tbh. Not what you wanna see right out of the box. I messaged customer service and, to be fair, they replied quickly, so at least that part went okay. Still annoying though

"Helpful support, just slower than I expected"
I expected the support process to be a little quicker, so that part was a bit frustrating. Once I actually got someone, they were helpful and explained which screen I needed, plus what to double-check before placing the order. I did have to follow up twice on one detail, which wasn’t ideal. Overall, it worked out fine, but I was hoping for faster replies. I’d give it 3 stars.

I was a little worried when I started installing this, because replacing a laptop screen always feels like one of those things that could go wrong fast. But once I took my time and got it in place, everything lined up right. The picture is clear, I don’t see any dead pixels, and my laptop looks normal again. Huge relief after being stressed about it.

I ordered a replacement screen for my Dell and followed the install instructions, thinking I might mess something up halfway through. But the pictures and steps were clear enough that even I, not exactly a handy person, got it swapped in about 20 minutes. I was kind of expecting to have to redo something, but the new screen worked on the first try. Really glad I went for it and saved myself a repair shop bill.

I was a bit annoyed when I spotted a tiny dead pixel on the first screen, so I emailed them not feeling too hopeful. To my surprise, they replied really quickly and arranged a replacement without turning it into a whole hassle. The new screen looks good, and I’m feeling happy with how it all worked out

I ordered a replacement laptop screen and, to be fair, the part number matched exactly. It wasn’t the wrong item, it fit my laptop without any trouble, and it worked fine after I installed it. I’m happy the screen itself was right, but the whole process could’ve used a little better communication. Even a quick apology would’ve gone a long way...

The site was easy enough to use, and I basically just matched the model number, double checked it a few times, and hoped I was picking the right one.

"Screen came packed really well"
My laptop screen showed up safe with no cracks or dents. There was a lot of padding in the box and the screen was wrapped up tight so it didn’t slide around. I was a little nervous about shipping but the packaging was solid. Happy with it.

I ordered a replacement laptop screen thinking I’d be waiting at least a week , maybe longer . Instead , it shipped really quickly and was at my door in just a couple days , which was a really nice surprise .
The packaging was fine and the screen arrived safe with no issues . Mostly I’m just glad I didn’t have to wait forever to get my laptop fixed , and I’d order again if I ever need another one .
